Overview of New Featuresin SOLitrack 2.0
SOLitrack™ has had a number of feature and function upgrades in the 2.0 release. These enhancements are driven directly from feedback from our users in an effort to make our print and digital communications workflow tracking solution easier to use and more functional. The updates in version 2.0 include our mobile-friendly, web-based dashboard, updating reporting, viewing of a job and the files within directly from the web dashboard and customizable icon support for the printer management interface.
This short, informative video shares the details about our mobile-friendly, web-based dashboard—SOLitrack Mobile—for Customer Communications Management (CCM), commercial print and other high-volume print and digital environments. By watching the video you will not only learn about the features but also see example screens directly from the application. In addition to the dashboard interface itself, we will show how the reporting feature is integrated into SOLitrack and give examples of how you can view reports right from your desktop or mobile device.
Another significant update to the interface includes the ability to view composed files that are being processed as part of your workflow. It is now easier than ever from your desktop or mobile device to drill down and see a rendered version of the print or digitally delivered document. A time-saving feature that lets you quickly discover if you have the file you were intending to review.
Finally, the video will cover the management screen where you can set up all of your print devices. As part of this interface, there is an updated feature allowing you to customize the icons with images of the device. This feature is intended to help workers more easily find the devices they are looking for using visual clues as opposed to only naming conventions. The benefit is time savings and easier operation.
