SOLsearcher Enterprise (SSE)
SOLsearcher Enterprise is a powerful and highly secure electronic document delivery and web presentment solution that enables organizations to effectively index, store, search and retrieve large collections of transactional documents.
Designed to complement or replace existing print processes, SOLsearcher Enterprise allows clients to securely access critical business documents and reports via the web. In addition, its unique email notification system provides an effective report routing facility, informing users when a requested report is available.

Report Data Mining
SOLsearcher allows users to export data fields to a database in .csv format. This function reduces accounting errors and enables large amounts of data to easily be analyzed.
Secure Repository
SOLsearcher’s central document repository allows information to remain secure, yet accessible. Clients and employees can easily find and view documents online. All document and system access is trackable, which is key to enabling regulatory compliance.
Customer Service
SOLsearcher enables call centers to access an exact rendition of the printed document that the customer received. This improves customer satisfaction and empowers the call center to easily recreate documents for print, fax or email.
Imaging Workflow
SOLsearcher supports adding scanned documents to the secure repository. The same fields or meta tags that were entered when the document was scanned are used in the online search. Documents scanned to PDF with OCR can be indexed dynamically.
Document Assembly
SOLsearcher enables users to select and assemble customer reports across different report files and types. The add-on module can be integrated as an API into websites and web-enabled applications such as internal CRM packages.
Recreate Station
SOLsearcher often operates as a recreate station when files in the repository are embedded with finishing information. Reports can be selected, ordered, and then sent to a production printer, or to an end-user via local printer, fax server or email.
Report Distribution
SOLsearcher delivers electronic reports dynamically to internal and external user accounts via the in-box feature and/or by sending email notifications of new and requested reports. Users benefit from having immediate access to information and then can print only the relevant page(s) needed.
Annotations
SOLsearcher allows for notes to be added to documents or reports that are for public or private use. These annotations are often used in collaboration workflows which improves communications on shared documents.

- RAM: Minimum: 4 GB. Minimum Recommended: 16 GB+
- HDD: 2GB free disk space for software installation, formatted with Windows NT File System (NTFS)
- NIC: Ethernet network interface supporting the maximum speed of the network, preferably 1 Gb/s or greater
- USB Ports: 1 available port required if using physical license keys*
- Additional Software: Microsoft® .NET Framework 4.7.2, SQL Native Client 11

- Note: SQL Server is a product that requires highly-customized configuration info for determining recommended specs, because they can vary greatly with intended usage. Solimar’s recommendation is to at least use a 64-bit edition so additional amounts of RAM can be added and utilized if needed. The requirements for SQL Server should be matched to your organization’s standards and consultation with Microsoft for recommended specs.
