Forge a Solimar Connection Today and Drive Success in 2018
It’s 2018. Happy New Year to you all, by the way. Now that we are back at our desks we have to stare down the goals we planned to hit in 2018 or the task of setting those goals. No matter where you are in your organization’s process, it is time to forge a connection—a lasting relationship—with Solimar Systems.
As you can imagine, this is a topic I am passionate about being our resident Chief Relationship Officer (CRO). And it is important given the new advancements we have been developing in our R&D team here at the headquarters in San Diego. So, how do you get started and how can we make that connection?
At Solimar, we believe strongly in being hands on with our current and potential clients…and partners. In this New Year, we believe the best way to start is with our Client Assessment Process—a few step process that in the end provides a lot of value to your organization.
We focus on a client assessment because we find, even with our own goals, it can be hard to stop the day-to-day activities and systematically go through the areas of our business in order to identify where we want to improve over a 12-month period or even a 24 or 36-month period. The Solimar Client Assessment process starts with a self-assessment that you can complete with your team. Then our Solimar team of experts is ready and willing, to meet with your team and executives onsite to take that assessment to the next level. In fact, we have an entire downloadable podcast featuring myself discussing why this is such an important part of our client’s success.
Beyond taking an inward look at your processes to help you determine the solutions that would make the most impact on your organization, we also invite you to ask us for our latest Roadmap presentation. We are truly excited to share the direction our 25+-year-old company is headed. As part of that, we would love to get your feedback and show you how our expertise in printing, including inkjet technology, digital communications, direct mail, books and catalogs, postal solutions and innovative enhancements like Augmented Reality can save you money, improve your sales, increase retention and enrich your customer’s experience.
Speaking of the customer experience, we launched a project in 2017 to help our clients have the best possible experience with Solimar. Solimar University Online or SUO is an online learning platform we are continuing to develop that is free for any of our clients that are on maintenance and support. To sign up, all you have to do is register. Within SUO you will find helpful support videos, information on our Chemistry platform and the solutions that bring it all together, as well as, a landing place for the all the current User Conference materials. It is worth signing up for and downloading the mobile app for education on the go.
Finally, there are a number of events we are planning to attend as part of the 2018 calendar year. One of the most important for our clients and partners is the 2018 Solimar User Conference. We invite you to Save the Date for May 8th through the 10th. And this year we will be in a new San Diego location with improvements to the agenda based on the ongoing feedback from our past conference attendees. This event is a must attend if you are looking to improve the efficiency and capability of your print, digital communications, and promotions workflows. This is a great opportunity for you to talk with the leadership at Solimar as well as other users to learn how they have overcome obstacles and achieved success.
