If you are part of the digital print and finishing industry, then you have likely heard of, attended or know someone who attends Hunkeler Innovationdays in Lucerne, Switzerland. The show has been engaging the print industry every two years for the last 14 years and is known for superb innovation, quality, and networking. And at Solimar Systems, we expect that this 2019 event will be no different…plus we have a lot to share with attendees in conjunction with our technology partners.

By this time, you are likely going or not going to Innovationdays 2019; Lucerne is a town that books up pretty quickly given there are two years to prepare for the next show. That said, the show is free to attend, so if you are still on the fence you can register and get into the show, as long as, you can find a place to sleep for at least one of the four days this February 25th-28th. Solimar is proud to be presenting innovations in PDF, workflow and inkjet printing along with our partners Xerox and SCREEN. Located in the main supplier hall, Xerox and SCREEN will be showing their latest innovations in digital printing for a variety of different markets. In the Xerox stand, you will be able to experience the Triggered Direct Mail campaign created by XMPie, optimized by the Solimar Chemistry platform with Augmented Reality (AR) experiences and printed on the Xerox Brenva inkjet press. Solimar will be demonstrating: job batching,/tracking and scheduling, PDF print optimizations and live mobile visibility of job tracking from receipt to delivery. All of this while seeing the latest technology from Xerox in digital print.

In the SCREEN stand, we invite you to come to experience the next generation in workflow integration with a digital production inkjet press. Integrating with the SCREEN Equios technology, the Solimar Chemistry Workflow Automation Platform will demonstrate how printers can: track jobs from receipt to multi-channel delivery, batch jobs and cache resources for better performance, optimize PDF files prior to printing, gain a live view on operations and receive job reporting including the ink and paper usage of the SCREEN printing press.
